Membership is absolutely NOT required to attend meetings at HOW Hall. But becoming a member of HOW Hall helps to ensure that we can continue to provide a clean, pleasant, and private meeting place for all 12 step groups in need of a home. Which, in turn, helps you when you are looking for a comfortable and familiar place to fill your own 12 step meeting needs and desires. AS A MEMBER... You will have a home away from home... for you and all those in recovery. Here you will find acceptance and support. Here you are no longer an outsider. You are in a safe location where you are needed and where you belong. AS A MEMBER... You can give back some of what you have received. Through both 12 step sharing and membership dues. Your contributions will help pay the rent, cleaning, maintenance, utilities, insurance, and supplies. AS A MEMBER... You may vote and have a voice on Hall direction and policy. As a trusted servant using your special talents at the same time you will continue to benefit in your own sobriety. AS A MEMBER... You will be able to help others. By joining HOW Hall you will give to others what has been so freely given to you - HOW Hall will be there for newcomers who may not be able to contribute to meetings. Membership is $30.00 for six (6) months OR $50.00 for one (1) year. As a token of appreciation, we will gladly add your name and sobriety date to our Membership Board in the main lobby at the Hall.
