HOW HALL PARKING AND USAGE POLICY In order to provide an orderly meeting place for all Twelve Step meetings, we ask that the following rules be observed by everyone. Our common welfare should come first. Failure for any of us to follow these rules may result in the cancellation of our lease. PARKING • ALL HOW HALL PATRONS MUST PARK IN THE BACK LOT BEHIND THE    MAJESTIC NIGHT CLUB. See diagram below. (Vehicles displaying valid    Handicapped signs may park in the main lot spaces designated for    Handicapped Parking.) Parking in the Main Lot is allowed only when The    Majestic is open (usually Fri. & Sat. nights). NO OTHER EXCEPTIONS. GENERAL • HOW Hall may be open no more than 30 minutes before and 30 minutes    after a scheduled meeting. NO loitering is permitted in the Hall at any    time. • NO smoking allowed at any time inside the Hall. • NO animals allowed in the Hall at any time, except "seeing eye" or guide    dogs. • NO bicycles, skateboards, or any motorized vehicles allowed inside the    Hall. A bicycle rack is available in front of the Hall for parking and locking    your bicycle. • NO panhandling, buying, or selling of goods allowed in or on the premises. • Appropriate dress is required at all times. NO bare feet. Shirts are    required. MEETING SECRETARIES • Each Meeting Secretary is responsible for: Maintaining an orderly    meeting. Excessive noise before, during, and after meetings is not    permitted. Cleaning up after their meeting, both inside and outside. This    includes emptying & cleaning coffee pots, picking up trash, food, cups,    etc. Leave the Hall as clean as (or cleaner than) when you arrived. Turn    OFF all lights, fans, and coffee pots. Lock both front and rear doors    (deadbolt rear door). Please make sure no one remains inside the Hall    when locking up. • Each meeting is responsible for it's own literature, chips, coffee supplies,    and etc. • Each meeting is responsible for it's key(s) to the Hall. There is a $20.00    fee for lost keys. Keys are NOT to be reproduced or given to anyone not    on the Rental Agreement. • Each meeting is responsible for supplying a lock for it's storage locker.    HOW Hall, Inc. is NOT responsible for any items belonging to any    meeting. • Each Meeting Secretary is responsible for seeing that monthly rent is    paid on a timely basis. Pre-addressed envelopes are provided for    payment of rent. Please indicate meeting day and time on envelope    where indicated. • Rents postmarked after the 4th of the month may be assessed a $10.00    Late Fee. • Mailing address is:    H.O.W.
