HALL REGULATIONS AND POLICIES


Your cooperation is sincerely appreciated. Our common welfare should come first. Failure to follow these rules may result in cancellation of your meeting.



PARKING

• ALL HOW HALL PATRONS MUST PARK IN THE BACK LOT BEHIND THE
   LA CASITA MEXICAN FOOD RESTAURANT. NO PARKING BEHIND
   HONEY-BAKED HAM - YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED AWAY!

• Vehicles displaying Handicapped Placards may park anywhere
   in the center (but not behind Honey-Baked Ham). PARKING OTHER THAN
   OUR ASSIGNED AREA - YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED AT YOUR EXPENSE




GENERAL

The Below Actions Are NOT Allowed At HOW Hall:

• HOW Hall may NOT be open more than 15 minutes before and 15 minutes
   after a scheduled meeting.

• NO gathering in front of Hall beyond 5 PERSONS MAXIMUM during
   meetings. This includes smoking.

• NO Meeting Breaks that may cause gatherings outside. 5 PERSONS
   MAXIMUM rule - mandated by our Land Lord

• NO loitering is permitted inside the Hall, outside the Hall, or around the
   Shopping Center at any time.

• NO overnight parking in the Shopping Center's parking lot. This is
   prohibited by the City of Huntington Beach.

• NO children left unattended in any room in the Hall.

• NO fighting, aggressive, or demeaning behavior towards other patrons.

• NO Drugs or Alcohol are allowed at any time.

• NO smoking allowed at any time inside the Hall.

• NO animals/pets allowed on the Property. (Except ADA Service
   Animals.)

• NO riding bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades... etc. on the Property

• NO panhandling, buying, or selling of goods allowed in or on the Property.

• Appropriate dress is required at all times. NO bare feet. Shoes and
   shirts are mandatory.

• NO Excessive or Loud noise before, during, or after meetings.
   INCLUDING THE PARKING AREA.

• NO posting of any signs, posters, etc. without Board approval.

Violators of these rules will result in temporary or permanent
expulsion from the premises and/or possible legal action.



MEETING SECRETARIES

All Meetings And Secretaries Are Responsible For The Following:

• Maintaining an orderly meeting. Excessive or loud noise before, during,
   or after meetings is not permitted. (Report violators to any Board
   Member of HOW Hall.)

• Cleaning up after their meeting, both inside and outside. (This
   includes emptying & cleaning coffee pots, picking up trash, food, etc.

• Leave the Hall as clean (or cleaner) as when you arrived. If you find
   the Hall consistently dirty from a previous meeting, or find something
   in need of repair, when you arrive, please report this to any Board
   Member of HOW Hall.


• Turn OFF all lights, fans, and coffee pot burners.

• Close and lock both front and rear doors (deadbolt rear door). Please
   make sure no one remains inside the Hall when locking up.


• Each meeting is responsible for it's own supplies such as literature,
   chips, coffee, and etc.

• Each meeting is responsible for it's key(s) to the Hall. There is a $20.00
   fee for lost keys. Keys may NOT be reproduced nor given to anyone not
   on the Rental Agreement.

• Each meeting is responsible for supplying a lock for it's storage locker.
   HOW Hall, Inc. is NOT responsible for any items belonging to any
   meeting.

• Each Meeting Secretary is responsible for seeing that monthly rent is
   paid on a timely basis.

• Pre-addressed envelopes are provided. PLEASE indicate meeting day
   and time on the envelope.


• Rents postmarked after the 4th of the month may be assessed a $10.00
   Late Fee.
